Yaml Dep to doc.

itd be sweet if warningshot could turn a set of yaml files into a set of http pages documenting a projects requirements. Essentially turn them into a big spec sheet.
doc/warningshot/dependencies.html => Each section would be a yaml file with a list of its per environment entries.

Great for deploying to freshly installed servers or for new developers who don't want to read through a wiki to figure out how to set an application up.
